Hello and welcome to the all new BritMums reviews Round-Up! I am so excited to be bringing you this feature every month ? I can?t wait to share some of my favourite posts with you. I find online reviews such a valuable resource, especially at this time of year when we are all on the hunt for the perfect Christmas gifts for everyone from toddler to grandma.
So without further ado, let?s take a look at some of the best festive review posts I have seen over the last few weeks ? I like to think the BritMums community has all the family covered here!
For the small people in your life, check out this Toddlebike2 review from Just Motherhood ? robust, lightweight and easy to transport, this is the perfect stepping stone between toddler trike and balance bike.
If scooters are more your thing, then the Mini Micro Scooter might be right up your street. The Twinkle Diaries has been testing out these wheels with her adorable twins. You can create and design your own scooter, and rest assured that is easy to use, even for tiny tots. You could even check out the adult range of Micro Scooters if you fancy a go yourself!
If you have a tot who loves the outdoors, and you plan to spend a lot of the Christmas holidays jumping in puddles and digging for treasure then you will need one of these Muddy Puddles Scampsuits as seen on Odd Socks and Lollipops. A full waterproof suit with a detachable cosy fleece inner this is the perfect piece of kit for outdoor adventures this winter.
If you?re anything like me, your Christmas list always includes something ?for the house? ? it?s a sign of getting old and responsible. Maybe. On my wish list this year is the Tefal Cook4Me as reviewed by JuggleMum. Ideal for making winter warmers such as one pot dishes, stews and soups, this is a must have for busy families, and I love the fact you can create some real family friendly, healthy dishes in such a short time.
If you have a tech lover to buy for, then you can?t go wrong with the Now TV box. A great way to access all the latest films and on demand content from the comfort of your own sofa, Mama Geek has found it a great addition to the family home ? and it means you don?t miss any of the fabulous festive shows over the holiday period too!
For the tech-mad kids, what about the Kurio Tab2? Ghostwriter Mummy has been testing this one out with her 3 year old, and has mentioned the great parental controls ? something we all worry about ? and the fact that the tablet is all set up with games ready to play as soon as you take it out of the box. A big thumbs up for that, especially at Christmas time when children want to play with their new toys straight away!
If there is a new addition to the family this year, I have put together a gift guide for babies ? there is something to suit all ages from birth to toddler, and something for all budgets too. It can be hard to know what to buy tiny tots, so I hope this gives you some inspiration.
Finally, for the jewellery lovers ? and quite frankly, who doesn?t love a bit of jewellery on Christmas morning? ? I just adore this Merci Maman bracelet reviewed by We?re Going on An Adventure. This dark grey leather wrap bracelet can be engraved with anything from names of loved ones to special dates, making it a really thoughtful and personal gift for any loved ones. What would you have on yours?
That?s all from me this month ? I hope this has given you some inspiration for those last minute Christmas gifts for the special people in your life. The next post will go live in January, and if you write any reviews that you think fit with a new start and new ideas theme then please do give me a shout ? I would love to see them!
